* Anxiety, panic, and obsessive-compulsive presentations
* Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma
* Personality disorders (e.g., borderline, avoidant, narcissistic traits)
* Relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and life transitions/adjustments.

Please reach us at adivhahopsych@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to discuss your concerns, background, and goals for therapy. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether you feel comfortable with my therapeutic approach.
The length of therapy varies depending on each person’s goals and presenting concerns. Some clients benefit from short-term, focused work (6–12 sessions), while others prefer longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns and emotional growth.
Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want to better understand yourself and your relationships. You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy
Currently, my focus is on adolescents, adults, and couples. If family or child therapy is required, I can recommend trusted professionals within my network.
That’s completely okay. Many clients begin with uncertainty. The first session is an opportunity to explore your feelings and decide whether therapy feels right for you.
Yes. Everything discussed in therapy remains confidential, except in situations where disclosure is required by law or necessary for your safety.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, but this can be adjusted over time. The frequency depends on your needs, schedule, and progress.
